Familienaufstellungen sind derzeit sehr „in“, und das mit gutem Grund. Mit Hilfe der Methode des Familienstellens ist es möglich, familiäre Muster und Verstrickungen, die manchmal seit Generationen unbewusst in jedem von uns wirken und unsere Gedanken, Emotionen und Entscheidungen beeinflussen, zu erkennen und langfristig zu lösen. Nicht zuletzt ist der Gedanke der Aussöhnung bei der Suche nach der eigenen Identität und den eigenen Wurzeln entscheidend. Wer eine gute Verbindung zu seinem Ursprung hat, der schöpft daraus Kraft und innere Ruhe. Im Gegensatz dazu können unerlöste Energien nicht nur die eigene Entfaltung behindern, sondern letztendlich auch zu Krankheiten führen. Die Methode ist jedermann und jederfrau zugänglich, unabhängig von Alter oder psychologischer Vorbildung. Die einzige Voraussetzung, die mitzubringen ist, ist die Offenheit, sich auf Erfahrungen einzulassen, die nicht mit dem Verstand steuerbar sind.

 

Ich biete dieses Wochenende für eine Gruppe von ca. 10 bis 15 Teilnehmern an. Es wird sowohl genug Zeit zum Kennenlernen und Einstimmen als auch zum „Verdauen“ und Ausklingen geben. Durch die intime, liebevolle und geschützte Atmosphäre im Familienhaus ist dieses Seminar vor allem auch für Neulinge und Therapie-Unerfahrene geeignet, die zwar schon viel von solchen Dingen gehört haben, aber letztendlich bislang doch eine Hemmschwelle hatten, einen Fuß in „unbekanntes Terrain“ zu setzen. Nur Mut, die Erfahrungen, die in diesem Rahmen möglich sind, sind auf jeden Fall gewinnbringend, spannend und auch lustvoll!

 

Ich empfehle denjenigen, die selbst aufstellen wollen und sich nicht gerade in einem therapeutischen Prozess befinden, eine vorbereitende Beratungsstunde (Euro 60,–) in Anspruch zu nehmen, um das Thema und das persönliche Ziel herauszuarbeiten. Auch eine Nachbesprechung kann manchmal sinnvoll sein, um die während der Aufstellung in Gang gekommen Energien zu klären und in die richtige Richtung zu leiten, ist aber nicht Bedingung.

 

Auch bei einer Teilnahme als Rollenspieler steht man nicht „nur“ dem anderen zur Verfügung, sondern bekommt exakt diejenigen Rollen, die das eigene Thema widerspiegeln. Somit löst sich in jeder Stellvertreter-Rolle immer eine Facette der eigenen Geschichte und ist damit ebenfalls ein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Heilung der persönlichen Thematik und damit nicht zu unterschätzen.
